After performing Ariadne on Naxos, he changed his vocal cords in 2011 from Steven Blier, music trainer at the Juilliard School, and tenor Frank Lopardo. He made his debut at BSOI as Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni by WA Mozart. Ray received his Masters of Music from Mannes College, New School of Music and studied with Amy Burton and Joshua Greene. Ray was on the Central Florida Lyric Young Artist program in 2016 and is currently studying with Arthur Levy.
