Terms of Service

With his signature, the applicant declares, on behalf of the legal guardian or legal guardian, that he / she intends to make a contribution and, if accepted, undertakes to comply with the statutes, in particular to pay the membership fee on time and to support the association's goals.

Failure to pay the fee will result in exclusion from the association after two unsuccessful reminders. Changes of address are to be reported to the association immediately.

Beginning of membership: Membership begins with the acceptance of the membership application by the board.

Duration of membership / termination: Membership initially lasts one year and is automatically extended by another year if it is not terminated in writing to the association three months prior to expiry.

Data storage / recordings: The member consents to his data being stored by IT for association purposes. The association will only use the data in the context of association administration and will not pass it on to third parties. The member agrees that media data (photos, videos, etc.) made during rehearsals, performances and other events may be published.
