Ani Tsartsidze
The Georgian coloratura soprano Ani Tsartsidze completed her master's degree at the Conservatory in Tbilisi in 2013 in the singing class of Prof. Svetlana Egorova.
She has regularly participated in concerts and festivals both in Georgia and abroad, including the Liana Isakadze Festival, Vladimir Spivakov Festival, Tbilisi Baroque Festival, "Autumn Tbilisi" and gala concerts with Georgian opera soloists. She received important artistic impulses from master classes by internationally known singers such as Makvala Kasrashvili, Dmitri Hvorostovsky, Linda Watson, Helen Donath, Alberto Rinaldi, David Syrus and Michele Crider.
Ani Tsartsidze has performed the following roles: in 2011 with the soloist of the Tbilisi State Opera, Ismene ("Mitridate, re di Ponto" by Mozart), in 2012 the role of Tigrane ("Radamisto" by Handel), in 2010 the Role of Gilda ("Rigoletto" by Verdi), 2001, 2005, the role of Shepherd ("Tosca" by Puccini), witch ("Macbeth" by Verdi) and in 2008 the role of Papagena ("Die Zauberflöte" by Mozart ). Ani Tsartsidze is the Georgian President's scholarship holder. The following CD was released with Ani Tsartsidze`s participation: Gia Khancheli "Kleinem imber" (released in London).
In 2013, Ani was the finalist of the Hans Gabor Belvedere singing competition, participant in the Placido Domingo Operalia and the "New Voices". From 2014 to 2016 Ani was engaged as a soloist at the opera studio of the "Deutsche Oper am Rhein", where she sang various roles in 71 performances in Düsseldorf and Duisburg: Donizetti's "L'elisir d'amore", Verdi "Don Carlo" Mozart "Magic Flute", Humperdinck's "Hansel and Gretel",
Mozart "Entführung aus Serail" and world premiere of Marius Felix Lange "Snow Queen".
In October 2016 Ani Tsartsidze is invited to the "Opernwerkstatt 2016" festival in Switzerland.
