The young, German coloratura soprano with Dutch-Norwegian roots was born in 1996 in Munich.

Sibylla has been taking ballet and violin lessons since she was 6.

Her talent for singing was discovered at the internationally renowned "Wells Cathedral School" in England, where she received extensive musical support. During her stay in England, the soprano Romana Noack took on further vocal training.

Since then, an extensive repertoire has been developed in intensive work. She is currently studying classical singing at the Folkwang University of the Arts.

She is the winner of national and international competitions (e.g. overall winner of the "May King Award for the Young Singer of the year 2015" in England, 2nd prize at the international Euregio vocal competition 2016, since February 2017 a scholarship from the Yehudi Menuhin organization "Live music now", 2017 winner of the audience award of the Richard Wagner Verband Dortmund.)

In the 2018/2019 season Sibylla could be seen as “Cupid” in “Orpheus in the Underworld” and in the role of “Max” in the children's opera “Max and Moritz” at the Chamber Opera Cologne.

In the 2019/2020 season she can be seen in the role of “Cupido” as “Papagena” in the “Magic Flute” at the Chamber Opera Cologne and in the role of “Adele” in the operetta “Die Fledermaus” with the Bergisch Symphony Orchestra Gladbach.

In spring 2020 Sibylla will be the soloist on a CD recording in cooperation with SWR and Sony Classical.
